Los datos aportados en la carta no permiten determinar dónde se encontraba el soldado Cesare Moriondo en el momento de ser hecho prisionero.
La peticionaria escribe a la Oficina preocupada por la falta de noticias de su hijo, prisionero en Mauthausen desde Abril de 1916 y al que, pese a estar herido y convaleciente de una grave enfermedad, trasladan a Belgrado para trabajar. La Oficina le comunica en Marzo de 1917 que su hijo falleció en Julio de 1916 en un hospital de Belgrado debido a la "tuberculosis de la columna vertebral y parálisis progresiva".
