El recomendante escribe a Emilio de Torres para solicitar el canje del prisionero y capitán médico Giuseppe Vaselli con otro médico austriaco en idénticas condiciones. Hay, además, una segunda carta fechada en Diciembre de 1916 que se dirige a Antonio Castro y Casaleiz y cuyo remitente no se identifica.
Los datos aportados en la carta no permiten determinar dónde se hallaba el mencionado médico en el momento de ser hecho prisionero.
