Conocemos sus propiedades gracias a unas cartas de arrendamiento realizadas en 1677 y 1681 por Pedro Juan Gaitán y Reguilón Enríquez de los pastos del monte de Terradillos. Junto a ellas contamos con otra carta de arrendamiento realizado en 1707 por Bernardo de la Fuente y Reguilón Enríquez de la hierba de primavera del monte de Terradillos.
